JewelryTools.com Shipping Policy
Your order is shipped within 2 business days of the date it's placed. We make every effort to process expedited orders within one business day. Delivery time will depend on your location, your shipping choice, and the weight and size of your order.
Please note: UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please be sure to include your physical address if you choose UPS as your shipping method.
Please be aware that orders placed on Fridays and weekends may not be shipped until the following Monday. We cannot provide a Saturday delivery option.
All international order costs are based on weight and destination. Please be aware that you may be responsible for duties, taxes, and/or customs fees for your country. Domestically, we charge a 6.85% sales tax for all Utah orders.
We strive to have the lowest possible shipping costs for you. Our fast shipping and careful packaging necessitate a small handling fee of $1.75, on all orders with a subtotal of less than $75. However, on orders with a subtotal greater than $75, we will waive the $1.75 handling fee.

We want you to be as satisfied with your order as possible. In the rare case something goes awry, please note the following:
- We happily accept returned product(s) within 30 days of the order date.
- All returns must have an RMA number to be accepted. Please call 1-866-453-6147 or email email@example.com to request your RMA number.
- Purchased product(s) must be unopened in their original packaging to be accepted for return.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee from 25% to 50% of the original invoiced amount.
- Special Order items, including Large Quantity Special Orders, will not be accepted for return.
- We cannot reimburse shipping and/or handling fees.

Gift Certificates and Promo Codes
JewelryTools is happy to offer Gift Certificates for those special someones - and on special occasions, we even give Gift Certificates away for free!
Promotional Gift Certificates are designed to be fun rewards for our customers. However, due to technical limitations, the following restrictions apply on all Gift Certificates:
- Multiple Gift Certificates cannot be combined into a single Gift Certificate
- Only 1 Gift Certificate may be used per order
- JewelryTools Gift Certificates may not be used on other websites, and other sites' Gift Certificates may not be used on JewelryTools.com
- Please be sure to save the email containing your Gift Certificate number. For promotional Gift Certificates (given as part of sales, not purchased), we are unable to resend or look up the Gift Certificate number.
Troubleshooting Gift Certificates
While we make every effort to make using a Gift Certificate fun and easy, sometimes technology just doesn't work the way we expect. If you're having trouble using a Gift Certificate, try the following suggestion:
- Please make sure that your Gift Certificate is for JewelryTools.com and not for Wire-Sculpture.com.
- Make sure that you are entering the gift certificate information in the correct box which is on the payment page of checkout (this will not work in the promo code box).
- When entering in the information, please enter it as given to you. For example, please make sure you have the exact capitalization, and do not include any extra spaces.
- If you are still having problems, try entering a zero at the beginning of your voucher number.
- If none of the above recommendations seem to solve the problem, please contact one of our customer service representatives at 1-866-453-6147.
Promo codes are special codes designed to give customers discounts or free shipping at checkout. Only 1 promo code may be used per order.
Promo codes are case sensitive, so please be sure to type the code in exactly as it is written. All promo codes on JewelryTools have a deadline for their use, so be sure to use your promo code by its expiration date.
