Your order is shipped within 2 business days of the date it's placed. We make every effort to process expedited orders within one business day. Delivery time will depend on your location, your shipping choice, and the weight and size of your order.

We ship exclusively through UPS. Please note: UPS cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Please be sure to include your physical address when you choose UPS as your shipping method.

You'll receive an email from UPS after you place your order; this email is sent as soon as your order has been processed. By clicking the link in the email, you can track the location and estimated arrival time of your package.

Please be aware that orders placed on Fridays and weekends may not be shipped until the following Monday. We cannot provide a Saturday delivery option.

All international order costs are based on weight and destination. Please be aware that you may be responsible for duties, taxes, and/or customs fees for your country. Domestically, we charge a 6.85% sales tax for all Utah orders.

Handling Fee

We strive to have the lowest possible shipping costs for you. Our fast shipping and careful packaging necessitate a small handling fee of $1.75, on all orders with a subtotal of less than $75. However, on orders with a subtotal greater than $75, we will waive the $1.75 handling fee.

Return Policy

We want you to be as satisfied with your order as possible. In the rare case something goes awry, please note the following:

• We happily accept returned product(s) within 30 days of the order date.
• All returns must have an RMA number to be accepted. Please call 1-866-453-6147 or email customerservice@jewelrytools.com to request your RMA number.
• Purchased product(s) must be unopened in their original packaging to be accepted for return.
• We cannot reimburse shipping and/or handling fees.
