Terms & Conditions for JewelryTools.com Classes
Please take the time to read JewelryTools.com/classes Terms and Conditions for classes. They will apply to all persons purchasing any JewelryTools.com/classes event through the website.
Refunds
Cancellation by the client will be subject to cancellation charges as follows:
Class Cancellation: Should you be unable to attend, and provided you have informed us by email 30 days before the workshop, we will refund your class registration fee minus a $20 cancellation fee per class. If the cancellation request is received by email 8-29 days before the event only 50% of the class registration fee will be refunded and 100% of the kit fee will be refunded. If you cancel a class within 7 days of the event date a refund will not be given. After the indicated date, no other cancellations will be accepted.
Online Registration
Registrations are made online via JewelryTools.com/classes. Once your data is filled out you will be directed to the online payment page.
Registration Fee
The registration fee(s) are announced on JewelryTools.com/classes website. Travel and accommodation is the responsibility of the participant and is not included in the price of the event.
Registrations
JewelryTools.com/classes accepts online registrations as well as registrations by phone. To register for one event, participants must fill in the corresponding registration form that can be found on the JewelryTools.com/classes website or by calling our toll free number 1-866-453-6147.
Payments
After submitting your registration information, you will be directed to the secure online payment system to enter your credit card details. Payment shall be made by credit card through our secured website. An invoice will be produced with JewelryTools.com/classes. JewelryTools.com/classes accepts payments by Visa, MasterCard or American Express or Discover. When placing your order on-line, you authorize us to deduct from your nominated payment card the amount stated on the registration form and on our website.
Confirmation of Registration
You shall always receive a confirmation of your booking.
A legally binding contract will be formed once you receive that confirmatory email from us acknowledging that your subscription order has been received and successfully processed. We will not be responsible if you fail to receive confirmation because you have supplied us with an incorrect e-mail. If you do not receive an email order invoice, please send an e-mail to customerservice@jewelrytools.com to make sure that we have received your registration. Your contract will be fulfilled by JewelryTools.com/classes 1521 West 2550 South Ogden, UT 84401.
Cancellations
JewelryTools.com/classes reserves the right to defer or cancel any course if there are insufficient bookings or conditions arising beyond our control. Personal assistance will be given to reschedule clients to an alternative course date and/or to provide a full refund (if applicable).
Cancellations by the registrant must be received in writing by email to customerservice@jewelrytools.com as early as possible, but no later than 30 working days prior to the event for classes. Individuals are responsible for cancelling their own hotel and travel reservations. JewelryTools.com/classes does not accept liability for hotel, travel or meal costs before and after event.
Changes
JewelryTools.com/classes reserves the right to make changes to the published dates of the classes in the event that a circumstance out of our control presents itself e.g. the instructor falling ill, family emergency, etc. In such case, you will have no claim against JewelryTools.com/classes in respect of such changes. We will contact you as soon as possible and notify you of your options.
Rights in Material
All copyright and other rights in materials provided to you during or for the purposes of any JewelryTools.com/classes training are the property of JewelryTools.com or its licensors. You are entitled to use such materials only for your own personal study. You are not entitled to copy such materials (except as permitted by law) nor are you entitled to use or authorize others to use them for any commercial purposes.
Liability and Insurance
JewelryTools.com/classes will not assume any responsibility whatsoever for any damage or injury to persons or property during the class. The participants are recommended to arrange their personal travel and health insurance.
Applicable Laws and Competence
The relationship between JewelryTools.com/classes and the registrant will be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. If no agreement can be reached, any dispute related to the commercial relation will be taken in charge by the exclusive competence of the United States jurisdiction.
Liability
JewelryTools.com/classes shall have no liability for loss or damage to any of your personal property except where this is due to the negligence of JewelryTools.com/classes. JewelryTools.com/classes will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss suffered by you; or any loss of profits or loss of business (direct or indirect) suffered by you. JewelryTools.com/classes total liability to you in contract, tort (including but not limited to negligence) or otherwise shall not exceed the relevant registration fee paid.
Force Majeure
JewelryTools.com/classes will not be liable for any default or delay in the performance of its obligations, to the extent that such default or delay is caused, directly or indirectly, by an event beyond the reasonable control of JewelryTools.com/classes such as, but not limited to: fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature, acts or regulations of government bodies, court orders, acts of war, terrorism, riots, civil disorders, rebellions or revolutions, strikes, lockouts or labor difficulties. Such event or circumstance giving rise to the default or delay is a Force Majeure Event.
These terms apply to all class registrations submitted to JewelryTools.com/classes. They might be amended by JewelryTools.com/classes, therefore, we recommend you read our current terms and conditions on the JewelryTools.com/classes website before submitting each registration, or write to JewelryTools.com/classes to request a copy of the same.
