Description

Dichroic glass makes a perfect partner for adding interest and sparkle to silver clay creations. In this class, you will learn how to capture a beautiful dichroic glass cabochon in a silver clay pendant. Texture the front side of the silver to create a stunning contrast with the polished surface of the rollover bail. Demonstration and instruction will cover how to properly roll, texture, shape, refine, fire, and finish metal clay creations (no experience necessary).

Kit Includes:

Fine silver metal clay, dichroic glass cabochon, neck cord, polishing materials, tool use, firing and finishing materials and miscellaneous workshop supplies

Students should bring the following tools:

Magnifying lens (optional), apron (optional)

Instructor will provide the following tools for use in class:

Metal clay tool kits, various texture plates and surfaces, relevant workshop materials and miscellaneous supplies
