Description
The Torching Basket can be used for the ever-popular torch enameling as well as for use in the kiln. There are 3 easy ways to use the enamel torching basket (pictured below): 1.) Attach the threaded end of the handle into the nut on the basket. Place the piece to be enameled in the basket and fire from underneath. 2.) Drop the basket into a soldering tripod, place your piece to be enameled in the basket and fire from underneath the piece. 3.) Place piece to be fired in the basket, attach the handle to the fork, and then lift the basket and place in the kiln. Follow kiln instructions for firing. The contact of your enameled piece to the basket is minimal, meaning there is little to no clean up afterwards. No more frustration of pieces slipping and dropping.
